Privacy requests & data deletion
Last updated: October 22, 2026.
Delete your account
Open Delete your account and logbook, verify with the same Google account, and confirm permanent deletion. Verification alone does not delete anything.
Completed deletion removes your account and related logbook records from the active application database, including cars, wheels and history, events, runs, sessions and laps, setup snapshots, packing lists, debriefs, preferences, onboarding progress, account activity and recorded Terms acceptance. It also attempts to close active billing. It does not delete your Google account or automatically issue a refund.
If billing cannot be closed or deletion fails, the account is retained so you can retry. Contact support if you cannot complete the process; a failed attempt is not confirmation of deletion.
Cannot sign in, or need another privacy action?
Email [email protected] to request deletion, access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, or help with a privacy concern. Requests are available at no charge regardless of Standard or Premium membership.
Tell us the account email and what you want to request. If possible, write from that email address. If you have lost access, explain that in your message. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or identity documents. We may need additional, proportionate verification before providing information or deleting an account; knowing an email address alone is not sufficient.
Save information you need
Every account can download account identity information. Premium offers convenient CSV and JSON product exports in Settings. Those features do not limit free personal-information requests through support. Keep copies you need before confirming deletion; completed deletion cannot be undone through TrackNotes.
Records outside the active account
Deletion does not erase copies you exported, messages you sent to support, independently retained Google or Stripe records, or records retained for a legitimate security, payment, or legal purpose. Backup copies follow their separate rotation lifecycle. Contact support for information about retained copies relevant to your request; any applicable retention exceptions will be explained when handling it.
